Charlene Bell is a San Antonio–based Realtor® and U.S. Army veteran who has built a career centered on service, empowerment, and meaningful connection. As the daughter of military parents, she spent most of her life overseas and experienced frequent moves from a young age. Those transitions taught her early on that a home is far more than just where you sleep, it is security, belonging, and a chance to start anew. Her own 14 years of military service strengthened her ability to guide people through life’s major decisions with confidence, calm, and compassion, qualities that now shape how she serves her clients in real estate.
Today, Charlene’s mission is to help military families using VA benefits, first-time buyers, luxury clients, and commercial investors navigate the San Antonio market with clarity…not overwhelm. As an advocate and educator, she breaks the process down into simple steps and fiercely protects her clients’ interests every step of the way. Whether someone is relocating due to military orders, growing their family, or pursuing long-term financial stability, Charlene is committed to meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with heart, transparency, and expert guidance.
Outside of real estate, Charlene is a proud mom and a passionate entrepreneur. She owns and operates a beauty business as a Loctician, serving clients across San Antonio and the surrounding areas, supporting both their confidence and personal expression. She is also a dedicated community member who loves traveling, volunteering, spending time with family, and making memories wherever she goes. As a woman of service and sisterhood, she is honored to be an active member of Sigma Theta Alpha, a military-based organization that uplifts and empowers women veterans.
