I’m Michelle Wilson, San Antonio based Realtor and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Wilson Campbell Realty Group. A third-generation Aggie who has built a career around service, education, and genuine connection. As a former teacher and high school counselor for nearly two decades, I learned how to guide people through big decisions with clarity, compassion, and patience, skills that now define the way I serve my clients in real estate. Moving frequently as a military brat also taught me early on that a home is so much more than a place you live; it’s stability, comfort, and a fresh start.
Today, my mission is to help families, VA buyers, first time home buyers, and custom home clients navigate the North San Antonio and Stone Oak markets with confidence, not overwhelm. I believe in educating the people I serve, breaking the process down in a way that’s easy to understand, and advocating fiercely for their best interests. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone rebuilding life after a major transition, I’m dedicated to meeting people where they are and guiding them toward their next chapter with honesty, heart, and expertise.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom of three amazing kids, a baseball player, a dancer, and a spirited five-year-old who keeps us laughing. My family is my grounding force and a huge part of why I work so hard for my clients. I understand what it means to juggle busy schedules, navigate big life transitions, and make choices that impact the people you love most. That perspective shows up in the way I support the families I work with.
In my free time, you’ll usually find me cheering from the stands, helping backstage at a dance recital, or close to water fishing with my family and enjoying the peace and calm it brings. I also love staying active, cooking healthy meals, and finding simple ways to create order and calm in a busy life, a mindset I bring to my real estate approach as well. I believe in taking care of people, simplifying stressful moments, and celebrating every win, big or small.
